Hi everybody, I stay in the Pennsylvania area and I am in need of an equity real estate loan and cannot decide that whether a bank or a credit union will be more beneficial. I have checked the rates for some but I do feel a need to know from other people about their preferences so that I can decide on a better scale.

Any help will be appreciated.

Your minimum monthly payment is probably just the interest, which in your case would be $217. You would then owe the entire principal ($26,000) in five years.
