Postby gscs on November 24th, 2007, 2:05 am

I am a new credit card holder. I heard about credit transfer from a brouches sent along with my account statement.
I am wondering they offer a very low interest if you apply that service. Any one can give me advice is that the way when we can pay back our balance every month? Thank

These offers can be good or bad. It is good to have a lower interest rate, as that will help you pay off your balance faster. Unfortunately, many of these offers expire after a few months, and then the rate goes up. Be sure you understand if this will happen, and if it does, what the rate will be. You may find yourself in a worse situation than what you already are. Also read the fine print to see if there is a fee involved for the transfer. Often times it is a percentage of the balance you are transferring.

Very true indeed. Great advice!
